Designer's Background
I have been fishing for over 20 years and have had
some great experiences on the water. My years of
fishing have taken me to numerous lakes, ponds,
and rivers to chase a wide variety of fish. After gaining
much experience with spinning tackle, I began fly
fishing to broaden my fishing knowledge and
adventure. After losing many flies to river bottoms, I
began to tie my own jigs and flies. I was turned onto
craft hair by a well known small mouth bass
fisherman. My friend, Tom, and I began to experiment
in the mid-90's with different colors of craft hair to
create a variety of patterns. This was the birth of Pulse
Jigs. These patterns were targeted to lure individual
species of fish including bass, pan fish, walleye,
trout, and salmon. We have taken just about every
type of freshwater fish on one pattern or another.

All Pulse Jigs are comprised of artificial craft hair
and tied onto tough jig heads with a chip free
finish. The craft hair on these jigs and flies will not
tear, decay, or fade in color as readily as marabou
jigs. These jigs have a pulsating action as soon
as they hit the water. They will lure even the most
reluctant fish to strike. Our flies are tied using high
grade materials and hooks. The flies that we offer
consist of artificial and natural materials that work
well in the water.
